Prototypes and samples

We produce prototypes in order to test basic technical solutions. Our prototyping service provides fast, efficient and strategic technical support during the design and early production periods, alongside our DFM and DFT.

 

Electronic prototype development allows us to solve the following tasks:

  • Hardware and software design compliance
  • Product assembly tests
  • Preliminary tests (thermal, climate, strength, protection class, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.).
  • For demonstration purposes (Customer, exhibitions, etc.)

 

For mechanical part prototypes we use 3D printing or milling on modern machines.

 

This allows customers to develop a product that is ready for serial production – and provides us with the opportunity to produce prototypes of the highest quality and cost efficiency.

Production startup

With over a hundred highly successful product introductions completed to date, we have the experience, processes and knowledge to effectively transition your product into production. Our dedicated team gets your product off to a strong start, by closely managing the time, cost and quality objectives through each step of manufacturing.

Production support

To ensure a smooth product launch, we not only deliver our customers’ products on time, we provide them with comprehensive feedback on what can be done to improve product quality and manufacturability. We provide guidance on component selection, and can provide innovative technical solutions. We are also experienced in debugging, which ensures our customer’s products operate as expected and can be fixed in a short time.

Development of test equipment and tooling

We develop and manufacture specialized equipment for product testing during the manufacturing process. Often the complexity of such equipment exceeds the complexity of the products themselves. High-performance automated equipment can significantly assist in testing electronics products during the production process.

Technical support of a product during an entire life cycle

We provide technical support for the entire product life cycle. We solve technical problems and analyze possible reasons for product failure during operation.
